Construction process

Base material treatment: base surface cleaning, degreasing, grinding, requiring flat, clean, dry.

Primer coating: spray the 238-3300 series fluorocarbon special primer, require uniform and no omission; air spraying construction viscosity at 14-15 seconds (4-cup), paint film thickness at 15-20um, self-dry at room temperature for -8 minutes before the next process.

Mid-coat paint layer: After mixing the 238-5500 series evenly, carry out construction by air spraying. The construction viscosity should between 14-16 seconds (4-cup), and the paint film thickness should be between 15-20um. After 5-8 minutes room temperature, proceed to the next process.

Surface coating with clear lacquer: after mixing the 238-9900 series evenly, carry out construction by air spraying, construction viscosity at12-13 seconds (4-cup), paint film thickness at 10-15um, self-dry at room temperature for 8-10 and then enter the 230 degree baking furnace channel for baking for 25-30 minutes.
