Acrylic topcoat

Major Component: A single component topcoat composed of a single component acrylic resin as the base material, plasticizers, and coloring pigments.

Applicant: Used as decorative topcoat for machinery, vehicles, construction machinery, gas equipment, electromechanical equipment, etc.

Basic Parameters

Flash Point: 24℃

Drying Time(25℃): Surface Drying ≤2h , Actual drying ≤24h , Completely dry 5d

·Suggest applying one coat of paint with a dry film thickness of 50 μ m.

·Front supporting paint epoxy primer.

·Remove all dirt from the previous paint film, and ensure that there is no acid, alkali, or moisture condensation on the paint film.For long dried topcoats, the paint film must be sanded with sandpaper before applying the final topcoat.

·When the substrate temperature is below 0 ℃, construction should not be carried out.

·The substrate temperature must be 3 ℃ above the dew point.
