Product Features:

This product is a one component self drying fast drying plastic primer, which has excellent adhesion to the general plastic substrate and upper coating, fast drying speed and good workability. It is especially suitable for the bottom coating of all kinds of plastic components inside and outside the automobile and plastic parts in other industries, so as to increase the adhesion between the plastic substrate and the upper paint.

Complementary products and mix ratio

Instructions

①Spray a thin layer on the cleaned and completely dry plastic surface with a film thickness of 2-3μm.

②After 10-15min flash drying / 25°C, 2K intermediate coat or 2K finish coat can be sprayed.

Things to note

①This product should not be sprayed too thick, otherwise it will affect the adhesion between layers.

②The storage temperature of this product should not be lower than 5°C.

Storage

The product shelf life is 1 year at 25°C. Expired products can be used if tested, at your own risk.
