-Product Features

The paint film has good water resistance and salt spray resistance. It has excellent adhesion and impact resistance, solvent resistance, and oil resistance, and has good adhesion to galvanized substrates. Non polluting anti rust pigments are beneficial for environmental protection. It has good compatibility with epoxy, polyurethane, chlorinated rubber topcoats, special acid resistant paints, and fluorocarbon paints, and has good interlayer adhesion.

This product is a two-component epoxy anti rust paint composed of epoxy resin, zinc phosphate, and polyamide curing agent.

-Matters Needing Cautions

The construction environment temperature should be between (5-35) ℃, the relative humidity should not exceed

80%, and the surface temperature of the substrate should be at least 3 ℃ higher than the dew point; When the

temperature is below 5 ℃, the paint film cannot fully crosslink and solidify; The product must be thoroughly stirred before use and stirred frequently during use to prevent sinking to the bottom; Outdoor painting cannot be carried out in severe weather conditions such as rain, snow, and strong sandstorms.
